Cymatics

I found this topic really interesting, thought of writing about it today.
It's rightly said that when one wants to know about masses,motion, etc they must think of it on the basis of waves.

It's true that every object, be it a planet or an atom is typically controlled by a wave that's associated with it, although for larger objects, that wave nature is not observable. Now, while talking about objects in terms of their associated waves, comes the word "cymatics". It's really a fascinating subject to study. Basically its the study of behaviour of objects when they are under influence of sound waves. Interesting? A lot of people think so..! Now, researchers are moving ahead at a fast pace trying to figure out all of this wave and object relationship. Here's a video link to cymatics research that had been performed somewhere in the late 60's or early 70's.. It looks interesting!
